Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Commercial Estimating HVAC and/or Plumbing
• Proven track record of winning estimates
• Experienced on projects up to $3MIL
• Higher education, government, healthcare, Industrial, and commercial building projects
• Must work well in a team environment
• Developed skills (written, oral, and listening) in order to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
• HVAC, Plumbing and Piping experience
• Quick Pen experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Good Time management, Verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Team Player
