Position Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for the oversight, strategic planning, execution, and logistical management of specific projects, spanning durations from 2 weeks to 3+ years. This is a confidential and high-impact role, and it requires the incumbent to work from our office and involve project-related travel.

Position Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will perform a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

- Collaborate with senior management and sales to comprehend project scope and provide progress updates.

- Define project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards aligning with company policies and contract specifications.

- Review, understand, and adhere to all aspects of the prime contract between the contractor and owner.

- Collaborate with the project team to establish the sequence of activities necessary for project completion.

- Determine the necessary resources, supplies, materials, and subcontractors required for project success.

- Develop project schedules and review them with senior management and relevant staff, making revisions as necessary.

- Work closely with the superintendent and foreman to plan, organize, and oversee site construction projects.

- Assume responsibility for the overall project delivery, encompassing project costs, scheduling, and client relationships.

- Establish and maintain day-to-day contact and coordination with the owner and design team to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

- Monitor and control the project through administrative guidance to ensure completion within schedule and budget.

- Handle subcontractor bidding qualifications and negotiations under the Senior Project Manager's guidance.

- Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to manage the construction process, conducting regular site inspections to assess performance and project status.

- Provide regular project progress reports and promptly address any project-related issues, implementing corrective measures as necessary.

- Represent the company in project meetings and strategic discussions.

Desired Qualifications:

- College Degree or equivalent

- 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry

- High-end residential project management experience is highly desired
