Now Hiring: Journeyman HVAC Technicians - Lehigh Acres, FL

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for an ongoing commercial project in Lehigh Acres, FL. We are looking for techs with 6-8 years of solid HVAC experience, capable of working independently and delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Scope of Work:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems

• Work with duct systems, air handlers, and refrigerant lines

• Perform layout and install based on prints and mechanical drawings

• Troubleshoot and ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Journeyman-level capabilities

• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical layouts

• Own tools and PPE

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

CCS does not offer on-the-job training. Only experienced and qualified HVAC technicians will be considered.
