Position Overview:

We are hiring an in-house engineer to lead the development, deployment, and promotion of our ground screw foundation systems. This is a unique opportunity to help lead the technical direction of a growing company while working closely with sales and leadership teams to bring cutting-edge foundation solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the company's technical authority on ground screw foundation systems.
• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client engagements, proposals, and presentations.
• Lead the development of engineering standards, design tools, and installation guidelines.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to support project planning and sales.
• Design and validate custom foundation solutions for diverse applications.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Build and eventually lead a high-performing engineering team as the company grows.

Qualifications:

• Active PE (Professional Engineer) license in the U.S. (required).
• Degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in foundation design, geotechnical systems, or construction engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ground pile or alternative foundation technologies is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and field teams.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
