Commonly referred to as 'Building One' is located in the northeast Indianapolis area (Lawrence, Ind.), just a short distance outside the I-465 ring. This extraordinary structure includes 1.6 million square feet of federal space on 72 acres. A recent project at this facility is the Bean Federal Center installed a photovoltaic roof system as part of a project completed in 2011. The solar roof system generates enough power to save $500,000 in electric utility costs annually.
Facility amenities: Barbershop, Beanery coffee shop, Cafeteria, Federal Occupational Health Unit, Finance Center Federal Credit Union, a Fitness Center, a Snack Stand, and vending areas.

Essential Functions:
- Perform required services for multi-storied/multi-tenant facilities/executive offices
- Ability to perform schedule and unscheduled maintenance and repair of equipment and systems Contract Administration experience
- Ability to operate and maintain Electrical Systems & Equipment and read schematics.
- Ability to operate and maintain mechanical, plumbing, Client, HVAC (Boilers, Chillers, AHU's) in commercial buildings.
- Ability to operate and maintain fire protection and life safety systems and equipment
- Experience with building automation control systems such as Client, Niagra Tridium JACE, Public Address, and Computerized Lighting Systems
- Ability to operate and maintain architectural and structural systems, fixtures and equipment
- Knowledge of how to conduct Service Request Desk Operation to include NCMMS
- Maintenance of landscape irrigation systems
- Knowledge to operate and maintain egress and access systems to include: Locks, keys, keycard system, vehicle barrier system, static and dynamic bollard systems, dock levelers and bumpers, roll-up and sliding garage doors.
- Knowledge to operate and maintain sanitary sewage/ ejector equipment and systems
- Custodial and Grounds Maintenance Administration
- Ability to maintain or clean facilities designated as Historic by the Historic Building Society and/or contain historic components.
- 5 Years (within the past seven years) experience in the management and supervision of building mechanical operations and maintenance for buildings
