The Carpenter/Laborer will work collaboratively with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Responsibilities: Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, and concrete forming. Fabricate and install structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and other materials. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements. Assist in masonry work and siding installation as needed. Operate machinery for precise cuts and fabrication of materials. Maintain a clean and organized construction site, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Perform heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in a construction environment Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and masonry work is preferred Follows both verbal and written instructions Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
