Work Includes: General handyman tasks (framing, drywall, trim, minor plumbing/electrical, repairs, etc.) Punch lists, client repairs, and occasional larger project work Opportunities for consistent hours and repeat work with a growing company What You'll Need: Your own tools Reliable transportation Active general liability insurance (must provide a Certificate of Insurance) 2 professional references Good communication, punctuality, and attention to detail Pay: $30-$35/hr depending on experience Pay is prompt and based on approved hours Depending on the job, you may track your own hours or we'll issue a work order with estimated hours ahead of time Service Area: Most work is in Broomfield, Denver Metro, Boulder, Westminster, Arvada, Brighton, and nearby cities.
