Assistant Construction Superintendent

Seeking an Assistant Superintendent with carpentry experience or Carpenter Foreman for a direct hire opportunity in Madison, WI. Salary is at $35 - $45 hourly depending on experience Responsibilities for Assistant Superintendent or Carpenter Foreman: Manage crew for new construction framing and finish work Commercial ground up and interior remodel projects Listen and think critically, take direction and feedback from Superintendent, and communicate effectively. Participate and contribute to following the construction schedule/project timeline. Assist the Superintendent in creating a safe and productive job site. Track your work progress and regularly compare it to the construction timeline. Lead by example; team building, communication, listening, and creative problem-solving. Qualifications for Assistant Superintendent or Carpenter Foreman: 3 plus years of Commercial or Residential carpentry experience in managing jobs required Work outdoors in all weather conditions Experienced in Finished Carpentry and Framing, and work desired.
