full-time position is available for a Senior Mechanical Engineer in our
San Diego, CA: Denver, CO; Madison, WI; Milwaukee, WI or Tampa, FL
office locations. Responsibilities include: Lead and provide technical
guidance to mechanical project teams. Manage and attend client meetings,
ensuring project objectives are met. Oversee construction phase services
with a focus on quality and efficiency. Mentor junior staff, fostering a
culture of professional growth and learning. Contribute to business
development efforts with innovative solutions. Regular travel to
military bases and airports as part of lead mechanical engineer role.
The successful candidate will have the following: Bachelor\'s degree in
mechanical or architectural engineering 12+ years of experience in
mechanical engineering PE license The ideal candidate will have any/all
of the following: Expertise in many mechanical system types, such as hot
water, chilled water, condenser water systems, VAV, Geothermal, VRF
systems, DDC control systems Experience in sustainable design, steam
systems, commissioning services, and plumbing systems. Proven track
record as a project lead. Experience in designing mechanical systems for
Federal Government projects. Commitment to sustainable design and
