The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating excavators and other earth removal equipment to perform various tasks such as digging, trenching, and grading. The operator will ensure that all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Operate excavators and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Perform tasks such as digging, trenching, backfilling, and grading. Conduct pre-operational checks and regular maintenance on equipment. Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and precise work. Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to complete projects on time. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
