Roles & Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and team members regarding operations, maintenance, and inspections.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, making necessary repairs or recommendations.
- Maintain company property, tools, and vehicles in proper working condition.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide service recommendations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience required.
- Possess an EPA refrigerant certification.
- Valid Oregon driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
Hours/Pay:
- Competitive pay: $20.00 - $34.00 per hour (based on experience and position).
- Full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional extended hours during peak seasons.
