Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team. This role requires expertise in both SMAW and FCAW processes and the ability to work across a wide range of piping systems. You'll collaborate with supervisors and pipefitters to complete installations, repairs, and modifications. Primary Responsibilities: Perform open and out-of-position welds on pipe systems using SMAW and FCAW Support system troubleshooting and repairs in partnership with pipefitters and supervisors Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble valves and related hardware Evaluate and replace damaged or worn components as needed Required Skills & Qualifications: SMAW and FCAW Welding Process Must pass 6GR welding tests using SMAW and FCAW (stainless steel included) Strong knowledge of pipe welding procedures and safety standards Hands-on experience with mechanical systems including valves and heat exchangers Able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and time management skills Capable of working in physically demanding environments Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of pipe welding experience Must provide own tools Work Environment: This is an outdoor, hands-on role requiring work in tight or enclosed spaces, and exposure to varying weather conditions.
