General Laborer

General Laborer Job Description In this demanding role, you will perform tasks as assigned by the Front Line Supervisor, involving the production of precast concrete products using a variety of hand and power tools. Hours are generally Monday through Friday, but weekend availability and overtime will be required during heavy production periods. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks in the production of precast concrete products. Utilize hand and power tools to assist in the production process. Engage in welding tasks, specifically with Mig and Stick techniques. Assist machine operators as needed. Conduct cleaning and general labor duties. Engage in construction-related tasks including heavy lifting and team lifting. Essential Skills Knowledge and experience in welding, specifically Mig and Stick. Experience with construction labor and concrete work. Ability to handle heavy lifting and team lifting. Proficiency in carpentry. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in machine operating. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
