Maintenance Mechanic

PeopleShare is seeking a Maintenance Mechanicto join a manufacturing operations team. This hands-on role supports the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, capable of both preventive and corrective maintenance. Responsibilities for Maintenance Mechanic: Performing various types of maintenance Performing routine maintenance around the buildings Repairing broken or leaking plumbing Repairing/working on electrical wiring Maintaining line equipment Maintaining boilers Rebuild pumps Preventative measures to reduce the risk of future problems Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries Other duties as requested by management Follow all Company personnel policies and procedures Requirements for Maintenance Mechanic: Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in manufacturing environment Mechanical & Electrical experience required Boiler experience preferred Welding experience preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong mathematical, analytical and time management skills Why Join Us?
