Superintendent of Construction - Precast Job Description Manage the production, quality control, and on-site installation of precast concrete components. Review project documents to allocate workers and resources to needed projects. Work directly with home builders on changes and updates to the build. Generate project schedules for ongoing and upcoming projects. Order products as needed for each daily job and track daily production. Responsibilities Mentor and train carpenters, foremen, and project engineers on site. Use Microsoft systems for all data entry. Coordinate and run all crew daily meetings. Assist in all construction duties as needed to support the team. Operate heavy equipment as necessary. Lift up to 70 lbs throughout the day on the job site. Travel to locations up to Malta, MT.
