Duties and Responsibilities This position is responsible for meeting

production deadlines. This position has the authority to place purchase

requisitions as needed for the day-to-day operation of the plant. This

position will assist the Plant Manager with performance evaluations,

wage increase recommendations, and appropriate disciplinary actions.

Oversees equipment management, scheduling workstations and workers,

requisition of supplies, and coordinating administrative activities as

required. Produce parts and products by the company\'s established

safety, quality, and cost standards. Authority to drive company

forklifts if trained. Ensure all department employees work safely and

all hazardous conditions are eliminated. Ensure statutory, regulatory,

and environmental regulations are met. Work closely with the Plant

Manager and Quality Manager to meet quality standards and continuous
