Job Description Join our team as a TIG Welder, where you will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing of Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) Ion Pumps made of stainless steel. You will primarily perform butt welds and occasionally work on piping. With a range of 20 different products, you will have the opportunity to learn and weld custom variations using blueprints. You will engage in short-run welds, typically averaging 3-10 parts per order, with prospects for growth from Welder I to III. Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on stainless steel to manufacture UHV Ion Pumps. Execute butt welds and piping as required. Learn and weld custom variations on standard products using blueprints. Conduct short-run welds, averaging 3-10 parts per order. Essential Skills Welding certification. 2+ years TIG welding experience on stainless steel. Ability to read blueprints. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) products. Why Work Here? Work Environment You will be joining a small company of approximately 40 employees, with a production team of 25 and a welding team of 6. We have recently moved into a new building and are experiencing growth, making it an exciting time to be part of our team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
