Commercial general contractor, with offices around the Western U.S., in operation for 40+ years.
The Role
-Provide field supervision for up to 150 tradesman at a time on jobs ranging in value from $5m to $20m
-Oversee ground up and tenant improvement projects in retail, grocery, hospitality, etc.
-Perform daily progress documentation, scheduling and site safety walks
Requirements
-5+ years of construction experience
-Ability to read plans
-Proficiency in computer usage including Microsoft products and construction software
-Willingness to be travel and be away from home for up to 12 days at a time.
