General laborers in a warehouse play a key role in supporting daily operations by performing a wide range of physical and manual tasks. Their responsibilities typically include: Loading and Unloading: Manually load and unload materials, products, and equipment from trucks, pallets, or shelves. Sorting and Organizing: Sort, stack, and organize goods in the appropriate storage areas to maintain warehouse order and efficiency. Packing and Labeling: Assist with packaging products, labeling items, and preparing shipments for delivery. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by sweeping floors, removing debris, and assisting with basic upkeep.
