Construction - Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate pool construction crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders. Oversee the placement of pool surfaces, tile, coping, plumbing, and decking. Manage the installation of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols. Communicate with clients, project managers, and suppliers to coordinate materials and job site logistics. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, etc.
