Position: Marine Electrician
Location: Theodore, AL
Pay: $24/hour
Experience: 2 years of marine electrician experience is required.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 6:30am to 6:30pm or Monday-Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm
Clark Personnel is seeking a Marine Electrician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Diagnosing electrical system malfunctions and failures
- Installs various types of equipment
- Install all wiring, fuel, control, and oil systems
- Calibrate gauges in accordance with OEM instructions
- Install various drive systems such as water jets, inboard, gas and diesel systems
Position Requirements:
- Performing electrical risk assessments
- Reading and analyzing blueprints and schematics
- Using and maintaining hand and power tools, such as screwdrivers, pliers and drills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to perform basic maintenance and repairs on the equipment
