Construction Project Administrator

Overview:
At Seva Build, we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to support the administrative needs of our construction projects. The successful candidate will assist in managing project documentation, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth overall project operations.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing requests for proposals and managing the bidding process.
• Review plans and specifications; prepare take-offs of various building components and materials.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, change orders, drawings, and reports.
• Prepare and distribute project correspondence and meeting agendas/minutes.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, site visits, and inspections.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Support procurement processes, including issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to facilitate communication.
• Monitor and update project schedules and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and change order documentation.
• Handle other administrative duties as needed to support project teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction or project administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
