**About the Role:**

The Cloud Supply Chain and Operations team is committed to the successful implementation of autonomous and semi-autonomous vehicles throughout multiple datacenters. CBRE is seeking full-time, permanent, Automation Pilot & Deployment PM with experience coordinating the pilot & deployment of robotics-centric automation solutions.

The Deployment PM will report to the Client-approved location: Moncks Corner, South Carolina.

The Piloting & Deployment PM requirements relate to construction, safety and operational best practices while coordinating the pilot & deployment of automation solutions at the Client's data centers. The individual will collaborate with project engineers, project managers, CAD/BIM Operators, technical writers, suppliers and installers. Ideal candidates must be comfortable communicating regularly via video conference, email and internal ticketing systems.

**What You Will Do:**

+ With little to no supervision, the project manager should be able to acquire a clear understanding of product requirements by reviewing, understanding and interpreting technical specifications, blueprints and engineering illustrations, mockups, and prototypes.

+ Use industry standard project management methodologies to initiate, plan, execute automation pilots &deployments and monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and budget targets are met.

+ Document and manage risks, issues, actions and decisions that affect automation pilot & deployment deliverables.

+ Coordinated efforts & ensuring stakeholder timelines are met

+ Provide project execution guidance throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle, with the ability to assess potential construction workarounds avoiding project schedule slips

+ Lead projects, coordinating activities with customers, engineering teams, and suppliers while overseeing third-party integrators performing implementation work

+ Create and Utilize templates for standardizing system documentation.

+ Coordinate the pilot & deployment of multiple automation solutions at customer data centers

+ Coordinate the pilot & deployment of NavSystem

+ Manage a dynamic team of 3-6 installers for NavSystem

+ Coordinate access requests.

+ Coordinate logistics of materials & supplies.

+ Proactively engage with the project team and provide status reports.

+ Identify and recommend metrics to consistently measure and track productivity on a monthly basis.

+ Identify process refinement and standardization in pilot & deployments

+ Ability to skillfully manage a diverse set of team members and stakeholders

+ Travel Requirements - 25%

**What Youll Need:**

+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study or equivalent practical experience

+ 5+ years of project management experience (manufacturing, robotic, automation related).

+ Experience with Smartsheet, Workfront and Google Suites.

+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preffered Qualifications:

+ Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

+ Ability to coordinate with and influence stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.

+ Proven ability to organize complex product information into clear written descriptions and instructions.

+ Preferred experience with some data center infrastructure projects. Experience in mission critical data centers is a strong plus.

+ Preferred experience with robotic process automation.

+ Preferred experience with standard PMP or LEED AP methodology.
