Structural Designer Location: New Berlin, WI Reports To: Manger of CTO

Crane and Runway Engineering, Region AME Position Overview: The Crane

Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings

and plans for crane runway systems according to specifications provided

by engineers and project managers. This role requires a keen eye for

detail, proficiency in drafting software, and a solid understanding of

crane design principles. Key Responsibilities: \* Develop detailed

technical drawings and plans for crane and runways systems using CAD

software. \* Collaborate with engineers and project managers to

understand project requirements and translate them into precise

drawings. \* Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and other

stakeholders. \* Ensure all drawings, including those for crane runways,

comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company

procedures. \* Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation for

easy retrieval and reference. \* Assist in designing new crane runway

models or modifying existing designs for improved performance and

safety. \* Participate in project meetings to provide input and updates

on drawing status. \* Preferred Skills: \* Knowledge of industry

standards and safety regulations related to crane design and runways. \*

Experience using 3D modeling software. \* Ability to manage multiple

projects and meet deadlines. \* Problem-solving skills and the ability

to think critically. \* Work Environment: \* Office-based \* Interaction

with engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams. \*

Qualifications Qualifications: \* Diploma or degree in Drafting,

Engineering, or a related field. \* Proficiency in CAD software such as

AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar. \* Strong understanding of crane design

principles, runway systems, and mechanical systems. \* Ability to

interpret technical specifications and convert them into precise

drawings. \* Attention to detail and commitment to producing

high-quality work. \* Good communication and teamwork skills. \*

Experience with crane design or structural design is a plus. Additional
