Engineering Technician I

Fairmont is now hiring for Engineering Technician I

The Engineering Technician I will mainly be responsible for performing technical work on engineering, surveying, planning, construction, and related programs and projects.

The typical work hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday Friday. Additional hours will be required during the construction season.

Minimum qualifications:
Two-year degree in construction- or engineering-related field.

Preferred qualifications:
Two years of experience in a public works or engineering organization developing the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position.
Experience with AutoCAD Civil-3D software pertaining to municipal infrastructure design.
