Licensed Architect / Project Manager

BEA Architects, an award-winning, internationally recognized firm that provides architectural, engineering, planning, and interior design services, is seeking an in-house Licensed Architect / Project Manager.

• Must have strong project management skills, presentation and communication skills in public speaking
• Generate and manage production of drawings, sketches, and renderings
• Experience with integrating engineering elements into a unified coordinated design
• Professional Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture required
• Professional license in Florida required
• Minimum of 5 years experience providing and managing deliverables of architectural services
• Working knowledge of Florida building codes and design standards as well as life safety NFPA codes.
• Must be highly proficient in Revit, AutoCad Design Suite programs, Microsoft Excel & Word, Microsoft Project for project scheduling.
