Land Development Foreman

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to lead one of our construction teams on-site with the installation of sanitary sewer, water main and storm sewer improvements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality control, and managing project schedules. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management practices, including the ability to read and understand Civil Engineering plans, to deliver successful projects on time and within budget. Company vehicle with gas card provided as long as applicant has a clean driving record. Guaranty of 40 hours pay regardless of weather.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers on the construction site to ensure project completion according to specifications.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety compliance and work performance.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to discuss project updates, challenges, and solutions.
Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols.
Skills
Strong knowledge of quality control processes in construction projects
Experience in construction management and the installation of utilities with a focus on site operations.
