* **Work areas must be kept orderly and cleaned daily** we respect the homes we work in
* **Take utmost caution with client property** this is a trust-based service
* **Punctuality is critical** no showing up late or leaving without clearance
* **Professionalism always** respect for clients, coworkers, and the environment is required

### **Phone & Music Policy:**

* **Phones may be used for work-related communication only during work hours**
* **Personal calls, texting, or browsing are limited to lunch or designated breaks**
* **Music is allowed at low volume or with headphones**, only if the client permits or it does not disrupt the workspace
* **Absolutely no distractions while performing detailed tasks**

### **Requirements:**

* **Fluent in English and Spanish**
* **Legal to work in the U.S.**
* **Own reliable transportation**
* **Clean, professional appearance** we work in luxury residences
* **Self-motivated and focused** no babysitting
* **Respects time, tools, materials, and team**

### **Preferred Experience:**

* Interior and exterior **residential painting**
* **Drywall repair, patching, and skim coating**
* Fine finish application (brushing, rolling, spraying)
* Experience with **Venetian plaster, lime wash, and specialty finishes** is a major plus
