Drafter/Estimating Assistant

Design Build construction firm seeking highly motivated individuals a strong drive to grow with the company.

Seeking candidate with 2 or more years Cad experience with Architectural and some Structural using with ACAD 2018 or higher. Also some knowledge of Revit would be good. This person has to be able to work under supervision and detail orientated.

-Have some working knowledge of local building codes and construction techniques is ideal.
-Help prepare or interpret material take-offs for all projects.
- Help with estimating materials for various divisions.
-Organization, standardization, documentation and implementation of office procedures architectural procedures and techniques to use to complete project.
-Work very closely with the Construction Team dealing with any issues regarding drawings and specifications.
-Help writes reports and specifications, perform the preparation of AutoCAD plans, and reviews completed plans, estimates.
-Interpretation of specification and architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans.
-Perform work accurately and be detail oriented, friendly; a team player.
-Maintain well organize records of all work performed including emails.
-Perform assigned responsibilities with moderate supervision.
-Be able to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
-Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
-Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times and always.
