Reliable Handyman Needed for Multiple Properties in Hubert, Jacksonville, and Wilmington, NC

We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to manage the maintenance and repair needs for several properties located in Hubert, Jacksonville, and Wilmington, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience across a variety of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general property maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, electrical repairs, drywall, and painting.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all properties remain in top condition.
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain the exterior of properties, including basic lawn care and minor landscaping.
- Communicate and coordinate with property management for larger repairs and renovation projects.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general home repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and efficiently.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to provide references upon request.
