Driver/Heavy Equipment Operator

Well established family owned and operated mulch manufacturer and contract tree and yard waste grinding service is seeking a
Full-Time, Year-Round Class A Driver/Heavy Equipment Operator.

We are based out of Roberts, WI. You will be driving box trucks and semi tractor trailers while hauling equipment and mulch loads throughout the Twin Cities Metro area and Western Wisconsin. You will also be operating heavy equipment at job sites where we are grinding tree and yard waste debris. Heavy equipment to include front end loaders and skid steers.

You must be 21 years of age or older. You must be experienced and proficient in operating commercial vehicles and heavy equipment. You are required to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles, maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance in compliance with DOT regulations and navigate routes effectively while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols.

This position is Monday - Friday, with longer hours during our busy mulch season. No weekends are required.

You will be required to provide us with a current medical card, copy of your current driving record and must pass a pre-employment drug test.

We are a drug free workplace and random drug tests are required for all drivers.

You must have strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and all team members.
