Experienced Pipefitter Needed

We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team. Welding experience is a plus! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and mechanical systems, with the ability to fabricate, install, and maintain piping systems in accordance with industry standards. This role requires proficiency in welding and tube bending, as well as a solid understanding of fire sprinkler fitting and relevant codes and standards.

Duties

Fabricate and install piping systems for various applications, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.
Perform welding tasks to join pipes and fittings securely.
Utilize power tools and equipment effectively for cutting, bending, and assembling pipes.
Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to coordinate installations and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used on-site.
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge related to pipefitting techniques and processes.
Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Experience with fire sprinkler fitting systems is highly desirable.
Ability to operate various power tools safely and effectively.
Familiarity with relevant codes and standards governing pipe installation.
Competence in tube bending techniques for various types of piping materials.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
