The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing the calibration and preventive maintenance program for production and laboratory equipment . Manager l ead s a multi-shift and multi-location team of production equipment maintenance technicians.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Maintenance and Facilities and is part of the Engineering Department located in Logan, UT and will be an on-site role .

What you will do :

• Champion safe working behaviors and conditions

• Drive lean culture i.e. 5S, Standard work, problem solving, tier meeting.

• Manage calibrations on Production and Laboratory equipment . Review all calibrations performed and set-up all new equipment calibrations . Stay current on all regulatory changes and best practices to Calibration Procedures . Write, Revise and Train to procedures for calibrations performed.

• Manage Preventive Maintenance on all Production and Laboratory Equipment . Review all scheduled and unscheduled work orders for accuracy of completio n . Create Preventive Maintenance Plans and monitor for effectiveness .

• Manage C ertification of clean rooms and controlled areas including repair and maintenance of HEPA filter units in clean rooms, laminar flow and biological safety cabinets. Stay current on all regulatory requirements and revisions.

• Present calibration , preventive maintenance and clean room certification programs to customers during audits.

Who you are :

• At least 3+ years hands on technical experience involved with mechanical, electrical, electronics, and PLCs, preferably in a GMP manufacturing environment

• 2+ years leadership experience in m aintenance or other technical fields

• Knowledge of safety standards and equipment, i.e., lockout tagout, confined space etc.

• Proficient in computerized maintenance management systems

• Posses a high school diploma or GED, or advanced degree

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to travel within two sites in same city.

Must have a valid drivers license.

Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Degree in a relevant field

• Knowledge of cGMPs, change control processes, FDA-regulated industry documentation practices, lean, 5S, and continuous improvement

• Clean room certification
