Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead federal and military projects. The role involves managing project teams for medium to large federal, Department of Defense (DOD), and civic projects. The ideal candidate will direct design professionals, coordinate design processes, and manage technical documents, while actively participating in design discussions and client meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project teams for medium to large federal, DOD, and civic projects.
  • Direct design professionals and coordinate design processes and technical documents.
  • Participate in design discussions and client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and ADA requirements.
  • Utilize Autodesk Revit, SpecLink, and Microsoft Office for project management and design.
  • Oversee procurement processes and manage construction documents.

Essential Skills

  • 10-15+ years of Architectural or structural experience.
  • Accredited degree in architecture or structural/civil engineering.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SpecLink, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and ADA requirements.
  • Experience with federal and military projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to manage and supervise project teams.
  • Experience in civil engineering, structural engineering, and architectural design.
  • Familiarity with federal government projects and architecture project management.
  • Interest in obtaining PMP certification is supported.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
