Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical infrastructure projects across the east coast and south regions, with potential travel coast to coast. You will be responsible for managing projects that range from five weeks to three months, working approximately 50 hours per week. These projects are primarily upgrades to industrial manufacturing facilities, including food and beverage, ethanol, manufacturing, and mining. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of field operations as the field project manager.
- Oversee multiple crews on major projects and ensure they are well-coordinated.
- Review project prints, conduct take-offs, and develop look-ahead schedules.
- Order materials and work closely with foremen to manage crews and pull schedules.
- Establish workflows and sequences to ensure projects remain on track.
- Enforce safety regulations and foster a culture of workplace safety.
- Communicate effectively with foremen on-site regarding daily issues and progress updates.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- Experience as a lead foreman or superintendent on at least one project.
- Experience on industrial job sites, including instrumentation, pull schedules, and conduit runs.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Suite.
- Proficiency in electrical wiring, conduit, and PLCs.
