Are you a skilled craftsman or craftswoman with a passion for woodworking? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for turning raw materials into beautifully crafted cabinets, shelving, and countertops? Sierra Woodworks of Arizona, a local woodworking manufacturing facility, is now under new ownership and seeking dedicated individuals to join our team!

We are seeking a Panel Saw Operator to run our Biesse EBT 120 panel saw. Ideal candidate will have experience operating panel saws accurately and efficiently to meet high-output production schedules. This candidate should also be able to read shop drawings, be able to work in metric and SAE measurements, and be able to use a digital micrometer for blade changes all while maintaining safety standards. Preference can also be given to an individual with forklift and/or warehouse experience. Pay will D.O.E., and yes, we will consider training the right individual if applying without any relevant experience.

Requirements:
Knowledge of cabinetry, solid surface countertop cutting/fabrication, Corian, and casework assembly
Proficient in custom fabrication
Solid surface countertop cutting/fabrication knowledge is a plus
Willing to train the right person
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Punctuality and reliability are a must
Full-time positions, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
