We specialize in the design of single-family homes, townhomes, multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial projects. Our office is located in the beautiful Santa Monica which allows for walking distance to mass transit, Santa Monica pier, and great places to eat and drink!

Malsam Tsang Structural Engineering offers industry leading compensation including hourly pay, time and half for overtime, generous performance based year-end bonuses, 3 weeks paid vacation, 1 week of sick time, 9 paid holidays, health insurance, life insurance, long term disability insurance, 401k with matching employer contribution of 6%, and flexible work hours.
