Handyman/ Turn employee

We are looking for one handy mans that can do punch list items, we can discuss pay in person, need someone to start next week

Also looking for a landscaper, we pay 35 per yard plus trimming and if need be cut tree limbs

We have up to 30 yards a month

Also looking for a delivery and installer position

We are looking for turn key employees. Needs to have the ability to complete a turn or rehab, needs to have his own tools. Pay is based on experience.

Experience: experience is needed for this position, most of the work will be unsupervised.

Pay: This is a 1099 position, pay is every Friday and based of project completion
