Jack of all trades / Carpenter for general contractor

Small family owned contractor looking for a professional journeyman carpenter who is experienced in framing, plumbing, electrical and finish carpentry. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom renovations and additions but we do a lot of framing jobs. We do all types of trade work so if you are skilled in multiple trades a plus. Must be able to work off plans or shake and bake with customer changes and designing as we go. Must have your own tools and vehicle. Being able to cut in a roof and do complex carpentry a plus. Journeyman level plumbing and electrical skills a plus. Must be presentable and able to communicate well with homeowners. Character is king on my job sites. Mouthing off and having a bad attitude wont be tolerated. Skill is second to cleanliness and presentation. Must work well with others or be able to work alone. No complainers. My partner and I have a shovel in our hands and crawl in the attic and under the house at times and expect the same of all our workers. If you dont demo or you are scared of insulation you need not apply. We have a tight knit community in our network and everyone enjoys working together.
