Duties

Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
Carry out tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and loading/unloading materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required for specific tasks.
Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other components as directed.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods.
