Your Role
As the Lead Electrician, you will be the face of our field operationsleading installations, mentoring junior techs, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every job. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and wants to grow with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and perform residential and small commercial electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades
Oversee job sites, manage helpers/apprentices, and ensure safety compliance
Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and job specs with accuracy
Troubleshoot issues with keen attention to safety and efficiency
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring a five-star experience
Complete work orders, material lists, and documentation accurately
Coordinate with project managers to keep schedules on track
Maintain clean and organized work sites and vehicles

What Were Looking For
4+ years of hands-on electrical experience (Journeyman preferred, Master Electrician a plus)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Detail-oriented and organized in both planning and execution
Familiar with the NEC and local codes
Comfortable with digital job tracking tools (or willing to learn)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
