Trim Carpenter subcontractors

In search of help with trim labor on mostly new residential builds. Ideal situation would be a sub contractor but willing to work with the right person as an employee. Tasks would include, hanging doors, installing base trimming out windows, installing cabinets, harware ect. Need someone with some flexibility and willing to work hard when needed. Really after someone with at least some trim experience but if your young and want to learn let's deffeniatly talk. I run a very efficient trim company that I also do most of the work. Bussiness is thriving and I really need another person to help. Pay would be negotiable based on experience and performance. You work hard you get paid good, you dont work hard please dont inquire.
