Now Hiring: Heavy Equipment Mechanic 1st Shift | $30+/hr DOE

Are you a skilled mechanic with a passion for heavy equipment and precision repairs? Were looking for a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join the team on 1st shift, offering $30+/hour depending on experience (DOE). This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and repairing drilling rigs and crawler cranes in a safety-first, team-oriented environment.

• Diagnose, repair, and replace damaged or worn parts on heavy equipment
• Operate mechanical boom and cable equipment to troubleshoot and verify repairs
• Perform inspections, dismantle and reassemble machinery using hoists and hand tools
• Conduct routine maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, and testing
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams
• Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and hazardous material handling
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with welding and hydraulic systems and cranes.
• Ability to read technical documents and operate diagnostic tools
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
