About the Role

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll be responsible for executing and overseeing the installation of residential HVAC systems-ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Goettl's high standards. You'll supervise team members, provide hands-on training, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish. You'll also use tools like ServiceTitan, Bluon, and MeasureQuick for diagnostics and system reporting, so prior experience with these platforms is essential.

What You'll Do

• Lead HVAC system installations, including ductwork, equipment, and wiring

• Mentor and manage junior installers to ensure top-tier performance

• Communicate system features and maintenance tips to homeowners

• Use ServiceTitan, Bluon, and MeasureQuick for diagnostics and documentation

• Plan installations to meet "picture-perfect" quality standards

• Maintain and organize a fully stocked work truck

• Conduct safety checks and enforce job site protocols

• Track job metrics and ensure accurate, timely documentation

• Represent Goettl with professionalism and excellent customer service

What You Bring

• A consistent, reliable work history in the HVAC field

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience

• Minimum of 1 year using ServiceTitan, Bluon, and MeasureQuick

• EPA 608 Type 2 Certification required (Universal preferred)

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service mindset
