DEPCOM Power Inc. is looking for a highly detail-oriented accountability driven Junior Contract Manager, Supply Chain to support the Director of Supply Chain Contracts in full lifecycle oversight and management of vendor contracts supporting our renewable energy EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, high responsiveness to stakeholder needs, and a solid foundation in contract management and administration best practices and contract lifecycle activities.
This role is based out of our headquarters in Scottsdale AZ. Hybrid or Remote (greater US) candidates with previous contract management experience may be considered. Remote positions will require occasional (>10%) travel to Scottsdale, AZ. This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.

The Supply Chain Contracts Dept. plays a critical role in DEPCOM's success through in ensuring both DEPCOM and its vendors meet their contractual obligations by supporting effective management and administration of pre-execution and post-contractual deliverables and obligations. What You Will Do
General Contract Management & Administration Activities
- Assist in the mapping and review of compliance requirements for alignment and adherence with company policies and legal requirements.
- Track and monitor contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely execution and completion.
- Assist contract database maintenance and ensure all relevant documents are properly archived.
- Support vendor due-diligence and confidentiality activities
Contract Lifecycle Administration & Management Activities:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., other Supply Chain departments, project delivery, BD, legal) to ensure smooth coordination of pre-execution activities and compliance with post-contractual commitments.
- Assist in information gathering and stakeholder coordination related to disputes, change orders/ amendments, and other contractual needs.
- Flow down extraction, team review coordination, and contract exhibit preparation
- Coordination with Business Development counterparts to support pre-execution EPC review and negotiation contribution from Supply Chain Contract Management dept.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and other contractual requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractual activities and communications.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to close gaps and enhance efficiency & effectiveness in managing contracts and deliverables.
- Contribute to the continued development and implementation of best practice processes in contract management and administration.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience with coordinating within a multi-team organization.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Experience identifying challenges and being solutions focused.
- Proven track record of taking ownership of tasks and delivering results on time.
- Experience with Prime-Vendor obligation alignment and change control
- Experience managing Master Agreements and Project-specific contracts (pre- and post-execution)
- Multi-volume contract navigation and legalese language drafting and comprehension
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in contract management
- Experience with presentation creation and delivery

- Bachelor's Degree or Industry-recognized Certification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Management, Procurement, or a related field
- Negotiation and redlining experience
For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000 - $115,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
