Waterproofer Foreman - Steamboat Springs, CO We are seeking a reliable and skilled Waterproofer to join our team in Steamboat Springs and Hayden, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with hands-on experience in commercial waterproofing who are looking to contribute to high-quality construction projects in a dynamic environment. Position Overview Location: Steamboat Springs & Hayden, CO Schedule: Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays), 6:00-7:00 AM start Hours: 40-50 hours per week Compensation: $26-$30 per hour, based on experience. $70 per diem Key Responsibilities Apply a variety of waterproofing systems including: Joint sealants Fluid-applied and sheet membranes Hot-applied and bentonite systems Crystalline waterproofing and dampproofing Air/vapor barriers and traffic coatings Interpret construction drawings and work plans Operate hand tools and caulking equipment Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and communication on-site Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in waterproofing or caulking Proficient with construction tools and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Ability to work at heights and follow safety protocols Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Additional experience in painting, flooring, or carpentry is a plus Why Join Us?
