CAD Drafter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing Revit and AutoCAD to draft MEP systems in accordance with codes and client specifications from start to completion. This role primarily focuses on drafting and supporting projects within the Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, and other sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to draft MEP systems in accordance with codes and client scope from start to completion.
  • Strictly support drafting of projects.
  • Support projects within the Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, and other sectors.
  • Draft electrical, mechanical, civil, architecture, and structural elements.
  • Redline and create construction documents.
  • Open to reviewing candidates from civil, structural, and TD&P industries.
Essential Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience as a drafter in the MEP space, architecture, or civil/structural.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD.
  • Exposure to Revit.
  • Ability to work independently.

Additional Information:

  • One step onsite interview process.
  • Can offer within 24 hours of the interview itself and start ASAP.
  • Offering 3 weeks of PTO and 6 standard federal Holidays.
  • Pay scale is flexible depending on experience.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
