Commercial HVAC Technician** **Commercial HVAC Technician - Hospital Setting** **Location:** Fort Worth, TX | **Job Type:** Contract to Hire We are seeking an experienced **Commercial HVAC Technician** to inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in a hospital environment. You will work with **chillers, package units, cooling towers, boilers, air handlers, VFDs, and WSHPs** , ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** + Diagnose and repair **HVAC systems** (air-cooled/water-cooled up to 500 tons) + Replace **compressors, motors** , and perform **pump/motor alignments** + Access and adjust **building automation systems** and **VFD parameters** + Conduct **preventative maintenance** on **hydronic heating & cooling systems** **Qualifications:** + **EPA Universal Certification (required)** + **5+ years of HVAC experience** + Familiarity with **Johnson Controls, VRF/VRV, RTUs, and evaporative condensers** + Valid **Driver's License** **Work Schedule:** + **Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM** (overtime/holiday availability required) + **Hospital setting** with strict **medical and safety standards** **Why Join Us?** Enjoy **job stability** in a **critical healthcare environment** , with a team that prioritizes **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
