We are seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Required to travel.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction projectAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

5 years previous experience in RETAIL constructionFamiliarity with construction management software a plus (Procore)Strong leadership qualitiesDeadline and detail-oriented
