We're looking for Electrician Helpers who aren't afraid to climb ladders, get their hands dirty, and learn the ropes from experienced pros. If you've got a strong back, a good attitude, and a willingness to show up and work hard, we've got the job for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Measuring, cutting, and bending wire like a pro-in-trainingDrilling, pulling, and running wiring through walls and conduitHelping lift and position motors, conduit, and other cool stuffReplacing bulbs, sockets, switches - you know, the basicsKeeping tools and materials organized (and your workspace clean!)Assisting electricians on real job sites - scaffolding, wiring, troubleshootingLearning something new every single day

What You Need to Bring:

A high school diploma is great - but not requiredNo experience? No problem. We'll train the right personAbility to follow directions and keep safety top of mindWillingness to climb, lift (up to 75 lbs), kneel, crawl, and work outdoorsA solid work ethic and team spirit
